This intensive two-year program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful start in the business world.

The skills you gain in this program will prepare you for further study in business administration, human resource management, supply chain and logistics, corporate finance, and marketing and strategic communications. Our comprehensive curriculum covers everything from leadership and management theory to financial intelligence and brand strategy, ensuring that you are well-versed in both the fundamentals and the real-world practice of running a business. You’ll learn how to analyze budgets, manage teams, move products through a supply chain, and build a marketing campaign from the ground up, building skills that translate directly into any business setting. Whether you aspire to direct company operations, lead a talent team, or build a brand from scratch, our program provides the foundation and hands-on experience needed to succeed.

First Year : Building a Strong Foundation

    • Principles of Business & Management: Learn how executives plan, direct, and scale companies while navigating industry trends and economic shifts.
    • Organizational Behavior & HR: Master the art of talent management, team dynamics, and workplace culture.
    • Financial Intelligence & Analytics: Gain practical skills in business accounting, budget analysis, and quantitative methods.
    • Operations, Purchasing & Logistics: Discover how products move from production to consumer through supply chain management.

Second Year: Practical Skills

  • Marketing & Brand Strategy: Explore market research, consumer behavior, and branding campaigns that drive product demand.
  • Strategic Business Decision-Making: Solve complex, real-world corporate challenges using data-driven decision models.
  • Student Enterprises & Client Projects: Consult for real or simulated companies to solve operational challenges.
  • Industry Mentorships & Internships: Connect with local business leaders and corporate partners to build a professional network before graduation.

Hands-On Projects in Business Administration & Enterprise Management

The Business Administration & Enterprise Management program offers a dynamic, hands-on learning experience preparing students for careers across the business world. From the very beginning, students dive into practical projects that bring classroom knowledge to life — running business simulations, analyzing real financial data, and working through realistic operational scenarios modeled on actual companies.

In the second year, the program introduces advanced strategic decision-making, brand strategy, and real client consulting work. Students also participate in industry mentorships and internships, gaining exposure to local business leaders and corporate partners. Students are encouraged to compete in DECA and FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), building leadership skills alongside technical ones. This blend of hands-on training and real-world exposure ensures that graduates are well-equipped with both the practical skills and strategic thinking needed to succeed in business.
