WE ARE GLAD YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING
Our admissions process for SY 2024-25 has changed. There are now three distinct phases for admissions for students who would like to join our dynamic and enriching programs.
Internal candidates: Throughout November and December of 2024, Region 10 will ensure that all current students who want to enroll in a Region 10 program are accounted for and can apply (and interview if they wish to change or add programs). During this time range, online applications will not be available to other interested candidates.
New Candidates, Priority Slots: January 2 through February 11, 2025. Starting on January 2, 2025, our online application will be active at this location on our web page. Students who are not currently Region 10 students, but who know they want to be considered for a Region 10 program, should apply as soon as possible in January, although the application will remain open throughout the winter and spring. Candidates who apply in time for Region 10 interview visits by February 11, 2025 will be eligible and first-in-line for admissions consideration based in part on a predetermined number of slots allocated to each sending high school.
New Candidates, Rolling Admissions: Starting on March 15, 2025, candidates who did not apply in time for the slots admission phase, or who were unable to visit Region 10 on a previously scheduled visit, will be considered for admissions during this rolling admissions phase. The online application will remain open during this time. If slots in a particular program have all been taken during the priority slots phase, visiting candidates in the rolling admissions phase may qualify for the program’s waitlist. During this phase, Region 10 will do its best to ensure equitable distribution of program enrollments for its sending high schools, but students will be accepted mainly on a first-come, first-served, basis.

3 Tips to Prepare for Your Interview
Stay Calm and Confident: It’s natural to feel a bit nervous before an interview, but remember that the instructor is there to get to know you and understand your interest in the program. Take a deep breath, stay calm, and be yourself.
Reflect on Your Motivation: Think about why you want to join the program and what excites you about it. Consider your goals, interests, and how the program aligns with your future plans. Being clear about your motivation will help you communicate your enthusiasm effectively.
Ask Questions: Prepare a few questions to ask the instructor about the program. This shows your genuine interest and helps you gather important information to make an informed decision about your education.
